MemberI think I’m missing something here. What about these things would make you feel bad? If they’re just letters from her to him, they’ll be all about how awesome he is and you clearly already feel that way. If they are letters from him to her, then I get it.
Also, I think it’s pretty normal to stash away this type of thing and then forget you have it. Don’t read anything into it.

Ugh.. Truthfully, I hate that he was married before. I hate her. Finding stuff like this after I get over that fact for awhile makes me want to scream. I must have issues.
MemberIf you read them, what good would come of that? I’d leave them in the trash and quit stressing about them. If you go through them, you’re only going to feel worse.
Instead of reading those, write him some sweet notes of your own!
Member@MrsSanchizel: no good will come of this! of course, i’d do it anyway. i’d do it anyway, in secret, and then cry and whine about it, bitch to my best friends, and then eventually bitch to Fiance about some dumb relationship he had years before we ever met. i’d be irrationally angry and sad and jealous.
at least i think that’s what i’d do. maybe i’ve matured, though. let’s hope so. HA!
anyway… it’s a terrible idea, and you know it’s terrible. tell him you found it and have him get it the hell away from you so you can’t be tempted/tortured.
