This is my moissy, look nothing like the first image. (Taken in natural sunlight by my window)

The moissanite is whiter than the diamond and has all-white sparkle? I don’t think so… That picture seems very inaccurate.
Agree with PPs that the moissanite should not be CZ-bluish white and the many small sparkles should not be white.
The diamond seems warm and quite hazy. While lower quality diamonds can look that way, the sharpness and clear coldness of a high quality diamond is not represented there.
And is it just me or shouldn’t there be more natural clear stones in a clear stone comparison aside from diamond? White sapphire, rock crystal, goshenite…
@LDay1983: Lol the moissy has photoshopped sparkles on it while none of the others do. I think this picture is biased. They’ve compared a lower colour quality diamond with the other stones, why? My diamond is a D and definitely does not look like that.
I don’t think that is a good representation of moissanite, so if that was the photo shop point……they failed. Such an odd representation of each stone.
Agree with others … My moissy has so much fire and sparkle … NOTHING like that first comparison pic represented.
@LDay1983: I wear Moissanite, and my Moissy looks least like the picture of the Moissy. Mine is much closer to the other three. Oh well.
the picture looks photoshopped. besides, even if you get the best photographer, you really can’t tell what a piece of jewelry is really going to look like until you see it in real life.
Not a good comparison at all — not what those stones actually look like.
Pretty crap comparison. I own diamond, moissy and CZ and these all look off. I think there are better comparisons (videos mostly). I’ll try to see if I can find one.
ETA: This is one of the better videos.
