I think the dress is still great for a backyard wedding. The flow, draping and fabric of the bottom make it more fitting for your venue.

Definitely keep it!  No bride can EVER be overdressed for her own wedding!

You have to keep it! It is so beautiful and like others have said, the flowing shape of it is perfect. Plus you are the bride and get to decide what the dress attire is for your wedding 🙂

it’s a beautiful dress.  i would still wear it.  backyard weddings can still be elegant.

Keep it!! I wouldnt change out of it either. I have a ball gown with a long train (will bustle) and I’m wearing it to a steakhouse after our ceremony. I considered changing into a short and fitted “reception dress” but I paid a lot for this dress that I’ve fallen in love with. I cant imagine wearing another dress and its the only time I’ll get to wear it. Keep it on and rock it! Laughing
