OMG. The back is amazing! The lace on the skirt is so beaitiful! However, the illusion in the front seems to either need more lace or not have any, it’s a touch off, espically compared to the stunning back.

Newsflash for your mother: there’s only so many variations in wedding dresses so of course they will look similar. From the back at least, your dress is very unique.
I wouldn’t change anything about it except maybe see if you can get the illusion at the front altered to a V (without damaging the structure of the dress) – that would allow you to wear a simple necklace or something. Otherwise it looks a little bare around the neck at the front.
I don’t think the illusion needs any more lace or anything. It’s supposed to look like a strapless dress at the front and almost like a lace tattoo at the back, which is what makes it unique.
I love it and you look amazeballs!

This is the dress my mom likes more… Says she likes how simple it is. I will try to find a pic of the front… It’s fitted sheath… I don’t know…

Wow, I wasn’t expecting anything to look better than the first dress you posted…but I actually agree with your mom! Your figure is stunning, and the front of the second dress just looks more flattering than the first dress does. The backs of both dresses are a tie for me (both are gorgeous) but the front of the first dress is lacking something in my opinion. I bet a great seamstress can make the second dress have a more fitted/mermaid silhouette too.

KB87: The “problem” you are going to keep having is that with your figure, skin tone, etc. is that 99% of wedding dresses are going to look fantastic on you!! I think when that is the case (where almost any dress is going to look great) that you should just start focusing on details of the dress that make you fall in love with it. You won’t have to worry about shape, straps/no straps etc. because most likely you will rock all of them. Just feel confident that no matter what you are going to look gorgeous on your wedding day, you just have to find a dress that makes a lasting impression on you and then it’s end of story. 🙂
