ilora:  It takes an iron will for sure! I am actually equally excited to wear them after the wedding with a shorter dress to show them off! They are Ruby Shoo “emily”, you can purchase them from their website, but I got mine from amazon. I love all their syles… I have a wide foot and the toe box suits me but the are also weirdly wide around the mid foot/arch, but it doesn’t bother me.

I wore these rose gold wedges! My ‘aisle’ was a moderately steep grassy hill, so I couldn’t wear anything too tall/too narrow of a heel without risking a major wipe out.

These are the ones I really wanted to wear, but when I tested them down the hill at our tasting (on site caterer) I realized that they were just too tall for the incline. I could walk, but wouldn’t look very dignified. I warned all of our guests about the hill but some of them figured that I probably just wasn’t good at walking in heels and wore 4 inch heels, they regretted that decision pretty quick!

Purple Converse. I also wore Converse to my senior prom in HS. It wouldn’t be very me to wear fancy shoes.

Such gorgeous shoes in this post!! I want them all!! LOL.

I was tempted to get the booties in the first pic cause im obsessed with them, but I’m getting married in August and thought it might be a little odd for a bootie. So I am starting off with the strass pair. Then once my feet can’t handle the 4″ I’ll switch over to the lace pair at 3.5″. That half inch really makes a difference for me. Just changing the position of my foot a little will help me last the day.

Wearing the bling strappies for the ceremony (or, until my feet start squawking at me) then switching to the comfy white aerosoles for dancing. Found both pairs at DSW…the bling were $40 @ 80% off 😮 SO, $8!!! The white ones were 30% off and ended up costing about $32. I spent $40 on TWO pairs of amazing shoes and I am psyched!!

Got these for $12 dollars from DSW. Was crossing my fingers they would go with my dress, and they are the perfect height, thankfully!

These are mine! They’re Rachel Simpson Matilda:

So ridiculously comfortable. They seem to go with everything so going to wear them to my cousins wedding the month after ours with this dress I got in the sale:

iamali:  I love those RS shoes! I almost bought some, but then found these Benjamin Adams “Preston” beauties and it was love at first sight! I managed to find them on sale at 60% off which made them even more irresistible!

They are extremely comfortable (I’m not good with high heels) and I hope to get some use out of them after the wedding too!

PS – I have that Chi Chi London dress too! It’s gorgeous!
