    I think I would be ecstatic! I wish I could’ve just popped up pregnant without TTC but it took a few months ๐Ÿ™‚

    We’re not planning on having kids, so it would be pretty devastating for us at this point… however if we were planning a family down the line, and the timing was just off, I’d be a bit scared, but just find a way to deal ๐Ÿ™‚

    I would be freaking out of hapiness! I’m in the baby fever mood BIG time! Even though we are not trying right away, if it does happen I would be super happy. I think deep down Fiance would be too but wouldnt show it right away.

    At this point in my life I am not ready to parent and would terminate the pregnancy. Years down the road I might be overjoyed, you never know!

    @Torrid – +1

    I wouldn’t be mad or happy, I’d be terrified. I mean I want a child, but with the way things are going right now, it would be bad timing.

    We have nine months until our wedding day so the timing would not be good. However, I love babies and we’d be happy after the initial shock wore off.

    I’d freak out a little about the not-ideal timing.  Mainly because we aren’t at a point yet where I could be a Stay-At-Home Mom so knowing I’d have to go back to work with an infant would make me quite sad and frustrated.

    But I’d be really excited to be becoming a parent, even if it wasn’t our ideal timeline.

    I’d be pretty psyched, and I think Mr. D would be too, though with my baby fever he’d probably think I somehow caused it. ๐Ÿ˜› In all seriousness, it would screw up some of our timing, but we’re close enough to our actual TTC date that it’d be ok.

    Hmm. Considering we were trying and I still freaked the F out when I got a postive test… yeah, I’m going to go with terrified.

    I thought about it even before I was dating Darling Husband.  I felt like if it happened I would be happy.  I’m old enough, mature enough, and have a good job.  Before, when I was in law school I used to think that it would be hard, but possible.

    Since the wedding is 9 months from now, the timing would be horrible LOL.

    I’d be terrified, and so would Fiance. However, we’d definitely keep the baby (despite not wanting kids).

    I just spent a lot of time contemplating this the other day– I’d get an abortion, but I don’t think I’d have any strong emotions either way.

    We know we want kids, but we also know that 9 months from now would be a really bad time for it.  On the other side of that coin though, my husband just got a $20k raise and about $25k worth of stock in the company he works for (w/ a 3 yr vesting period).

    So, if for some reason I couldn’t get an abortion, it wouldn’t be the end of the world for us.
