So I found my love of a dress and it is just B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. But I have no idea what I could possibly do with the theme. I don’t want to go with Old Hollywood because my best friend is doing that. And I want to pull out my hair and roll around. I was thinking possibly a retro? Like a 60’s maaaybe.
This is the dress.

“This fitted A-line gown in all-over lace features a beautiful neckline with contoured straps that continue to a keyhole back. A chapel length train and covered buttons complete this elegant style.”

Why do you need a theme? can’t you just have pretty things you both like?

Because that’s a lot harder done then said. Because he does that “Whatever you want” and it irritating. Usually I’m caught off guard by all the things I could do with our wedding.

What is your venue like? Have you chosen colors? Are you having a formal wedding? Afternoon? Evening?
What interests do you and your Fiance share?

We have found the venue and and our colors are Gold, Green, Blue and Purple. I want a afternoon wedding, he wants a evening. We share a lot mostly from time periods. Like the 70’s and down.

Sometimes the venue speaks to you about the theme or the decor.
Are you music lovers? Movies? Gamers? nerds? Romantics? Love food and wine? Athletic? Like sports?

Our theme would be perfect for your dress. Our theme was: wedding
Seriously, you don’t need a theme.

My friend is not doing a theme. We’re calling her wedding theme “romantic elegance” which essentially is what a wedding should be!

Can’t the theme just be “wedding”? It goes with every dress!

Well thanks for “The theme should be wedding” But I WANT a theme. If i was going to go with just wedding then I wouldn’t be here asking.
@julies1949
It’s very elegant.I’m in love with the windows. Nice chairs, they have a beautiful bar and it looks out onto a golf course.

Your dress is very romantic, why don’t you just go for a romance theme. Roses, lace.. anything that shouts romantic.
