Oh no! First of all, take a deep breath, everything is going to be okay.

Second, have you tried SPANX? They are amazing and can really sinch you in!

I agree, ditch carbs and sugar…could you get your dress in for some “emergency” fittings?

Further, I would make time to go jogging at night or get up much earlier.

I mean, it doesn’t fit.  You need to get busy!!!

If it really truly won’t fit and isn’t close, go to a seamstress tomorrow. They’ll figure something out. Good luck!

You can easily lose 5 pounds (if not more) in 2 weeks if you’re in a pinch.  Cut out sugars and most carbs.  Eat salads, lean meat and veggies and drink TONS of water.  You’ll be shocked how quickly you’ll drop a few pounds.

Do the 17 day diet…you’re sure to lose as long as you follow it TO A TEE.

Could you get the zipper changed to a corset back?

Is it sugar free crystal light? Because sugar alcohols in sugar free foods can cause you to bloat. I agree with cutting carbs and try to do some jogging, or anything really! Or you can try to take it in for alterations…

@Ms-Lace:  crystal light is artificial sweetener…this can lead to weight gain…cut EVERYTHING out except for water…and make sure its AT LEAST 8 cups a day!!

@Regina Phalange:  Oh, that’s a good idea if it’s not too expensive!

I would cut the crystal light – only because I have heard artifical sweetners cause bloating. Not sure how true this is but I just thought I would let you know so you can avoid it all together.  You could try the cabbage soup diet (I wouldnt say its a healthy detox but it does yield results) I have been dieting for months and have lost a significant amount of weight and lost 5 lbs on it (in 5 days, I quit 2 days early)— my friend who made me aware of it lost 11 lbs but this was her first time dieting so the weight came off much quicker.  I by no way am advising this diet its absolutely limited food intake and i HATED it so so much I swore I would never do it again I was miserable.  BUT, desperate times call for desperate measures!
