@sherryberry:  yeah that’s a little bright for an exterior.  What colour is the rest of your house? Lots of houses in our area have multiple trim colours. Like paint the posts only a slightly darker shade of what’s on the main house??

sorry thats awful. and if you can’t make the decision why can he? you guys need a compromise – leave it a week if it makes him happy – it’s his fault if he has to do it all over again!

For an exterior? Unless you live in a neighborhood of “Painted Lady” Victorians, that’s crazy bright.

@sherryberry:  If he’s only painting the trim that color, he might be right. I’m not saying he is right. It’s impossible for me to tell without seeing the house. But I have seen some lovely houses with green trim. Maybe add some gray accents to make it look a little less harsh.
