As the office manager siad, they may have hired people in the past who bluffed their way through the discussion about competencies.

When I used to hire new staff in the ER,I always told them that the most important thing for me was that they were prepared to admit if they didn’t know something. Your colleagues need to know that you will be honest and tell them if you need help with something.

Don’t psyche yourself out before the interview. Do whatever she asks and if you don’t know something say so. Ask her to show you or tell you – it shows you are prepared to learn.
