How on EARTH did I not notice this earlier!? We are having a cocktail hour after the ceremony so we’ll have passed hors d’ouvres, but I just noticed we only have 2! A gazpacho shooter and a yummy goat cheese & roasted red pepper crostini. Is this enough?! We’ll have like 6 or 7 different stationary hd’s for the actual meal, and then we’re having a food truck come around 9:30.
I thought we were having more passed! Maybe one of the stationaries is during the cocktail hour… I’ll have to double check. The FINAL MENU was due Aug. 8th! How the F did I miss this!?
Pretty pretty please make me feel better!
ETA: Added a poll, and our food truck will serve gourmet grilled cheeses, mmmm!

Maybe add one more and reduce the quantities just for the sake of variety if you feel like there’s not enough, but i would be perfectly satisfied with those two options. And a food truck sounds amazing!

Those sound delicious. It’s more about how many of each you have than having a lot of different types.

You should make sure they pass multiple trays at the same time if it is only two.
Side note: Im cracking up at your title bc I thought for a second that was an autocorrect mistake. I swear my phone will turn small every day use words into one superlong word i have never used. Took me reading your title a couple times to realize what it said

I’d have more. hard to really tell without knowing what all the options are and how many people you are having. Also, are you having a plated meal besides the food truck?

@MrsWBS: No, no plated meals. It’s a heavy hors d’ourves wedding. The numbers are all correct, I quadruple checked; more servings than people expected. So it’ll be cocktail hour from 4-5pm, 6-7 stations with enough for everyone to have at least a serving of everything from 5:30-whenever it’s gone, and then the cake is at 7:45, and food truck at 9:30.
