My friend is a “sweeper” meaning she signs up for (no joke) hundreds of sweepstakes per week. She’s gotten a ridiculous amount of stuff for her daughters through those. She has a lot of success through mommy blogs and stuff like that.

I know if you go to some company websites (Pampers, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson) you can be added to their mailing list and will receive promotional products from them (free samples and lots of coupons).

Hopefully some other bee’s have some more resources for you!

Usually after you have a baby you will get free samples of formula’s in the mail and here and there of diapers.  Other than that I haven’t really found any sites myself to get free baby stuff.

@MuchGreater:  Whenever I enter a contest or whatever (obviously not baby-related, but same situation), I only use my initials as my name.

If you’re interested in sweeping, google Sweetie’s Sweepstakes. She has a free website with a lot of great tips for getting started and avoiding scams. I’ve been doing it for a few years and its definitely a lucrative hobby!

Freebies4Mom is a great digest to sign up for freebies – you can get a daily email. Moneysavingmom has good ones as well (usually overlap).

I always use the free Pampers Gifts to Grow codes & have been for a few years, though I’m just expecting now – just got a free Melissa & Doug toy shipped from them 🙂

I suggest getting a free Google voice account for a free forwarding email & a new email address to sign up for free offers.

Good luck!

@panterapeach:  My friend scored a motorcycle last year by entering a sweepstakes. The amount of crap that she’s won is absolutely insane. She’s a Stay-At-Home Mom so she considers “sweeping” to be her job. It definitely pays off but it takes a lot of time (which she has).

@UpstateCait:  Those sweepstakes actually work?! I guess my dad was right all those years ago. I have a feeling I’d just get a lot of junk mail/e-mails though =/

@paigers91:  Yep, they do. I didn’t believe it until my friend started actually winning. I’m sure there are scams out there but you just have to know where to look.
