I can’t believe this. So I found my rcepetion dress on eBay last week and I was a little nervous on it fitting me. I am on a budget so I didn’t want to spend to much on a second dress. To make a long story short, the measurements in the auction was my true measurements so I put in my bid and I won. Finally price with shipping was $37.50, yes $37.50.
So the dress finally came today in the mail and you guessed it, it DIDN’T fit. I was so sad, so I emailed the seller and told her it didn’t fit. She said if I am willing to get it altered to fit me she will give me the dress. I emailed back and said, “Give me the dress?” She said, “yes, call it a wedding present”. Now, I paid $37.25 including shipping for this dress so I was expecting a refund minus the shipping. NOPE, she refunded me the whole amount including shipping ($37.50). She told me to use that money to get it altered. Wow, I can’t believe it.
It’s a Peter Langnar

I know, I told her she restored my faith in people because of her kind heart. She says, “I rather give it to a bride who deserves it then relist it again on eBay”.

@cherryblossomlove: Lol, me and you both. This dress is like a size 6 and I am a size 2 so my tailor has his work cut out for him. But because of what the seller did I plan on making this dress work no matter the cost. (Ok, I care about the cost, lol) Hoping not to go over $75 to alter. I hope this is realistic amount. I will take to tailor on Monday (wish me luck).
