Are you hiring a florist?  Or do you need to design the centerpieces or anything?

I’m just about where you are, so yesterday I opened a word document and listed EVERY. SINGLE. THING. that will need to be done before the wedding, and suddenly it was like, 4 pages long.  But that included making signs for various things, and making bathroom baskets and little stuff like that.  So while nothing was a huge thing, it sure seems like a lot now.  So I would suggest doing something like that, just a brain dump of every little detail you can think of (I keep thinking of more…  ugh), and then start whittling away!

@NowDontLetsBeSilly:  Oh wow, that’s a good idea.  I just started one and AAAHH!  I have a lot of things to do!

@MrsPBandJ:  Do you have any paper crafts to work on?  That is the only DIY stuff I can really think to do right now, since it’s too cold to paint and there aren’t any (free) flowers around to experiment with…  I’m working on those dot garlands and also thinking about making some signs covered in yarn, like this:

There is definitely stuff that will have to wait until closer to the BIG day so I have been working on smaller projects that might not need to be done now but figured why not? Better to have it early than to worry and stress later.

I also have all the big stuff booked but have been working on our programs, welcome letter, welcome bags, favor tags, rehearsal dinner cards and packets for the guests, and honeymoon clothes shopping.

I agree with @NowDontLetsBeSilly:  I also made a list and it seems overwhelming but its helping me focus on stuff that can be done early (even the tinest little details).

I’m in the same position, and I’m worried that I’m going to forget something! 🙂

I purchased cosmetics, but I really don’t know what I’m doing.  The last time I went to a makeup counter at a department store, though, I thought she over-makeup’ed me.  I felt vampish.

Brought the makeup home and opened up my Caboodle case and found eye shadow from high school.  The sponge applicators had disintegrated, lol.
