@Mrs. Fireworks:

i ordered passion….a womans ring, and i too have a white gold E ring and was hoping they might look nice together.  mine is a 4mm ring.  never mind,  i only really ordered it to be a stand-in,  but once i had ordered it i wondered if it might be ok to use as my real wedding ring……back to the original idea of getting a white gold/diamond wedding band.

this tungsten ring will still be fine as a stand in …..

We ordered and received ours a while back… And when we got our rings in they gave us 2 more gift cards!  I’m not sure if they have an experation date, but if anyone is interested, let me know and I can pass you the info on the card or what not.  Just send me a private message.

Fiance is totally happy with it.  I ordered a ring too although it does not match my engagement ring, but I got one to have a fill in for trips or when my other set gets cleaned, etc.

We bought a 7mm domed band, which we are not too ecstatic about actually, because it is thicker than out liking, which is our fault for not ordering the 4mm in the first place. Here’s a pic:

I ordered our rings on June 29th around 9 am, and they were delivered on July 2nd. I wasn’t expecting them for a couple of weeks! I ordered Endlessly for her and Admiration for him.

Both the rings were too big (that’s what I get for using a website to figure out my ring size!), so I had to send them back for an exchange. Customer service was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

The rings looked great, except they were a lot darker than I expected. The pictures on the website made them look silver in color, and I apprently missed the note on the side that said they were gray. I think when the correct size comes in I’ll wear mine for a few days and see if I can deal with the color.

@Kat: You can send it back and exchange it for a different ring. Call the customer service number and they will tell you what to do. If you send it back within 10 days of receiving it, you only pay for shipping and a $4 exchange charge. If it’s after 10 days, then I think you have to pay the $35 shipping charge for the lifetime warranty “deal” they have.

DH ordered an extra band! When we were looking originally, he wanted one of the tungsten and black ceramic rings, but thought it might be a little trendy, so he went with a plain tungsten band.  So with this deal, he ordered the other one to switch on and off ๐Ÿ™‚

@blayne7: Thanks for the advice :] I actually looked over there exchange policy and it says that to make an exchange I would need to send the ring back with $8 dollars (probably plus tax) for $4 for the processing of the old ring & $4 processing for the new ring.

It would end up costing is like $15-20 to send the ring back & get an exchange, so we decided to just order another one instead of deal with the hassle. We used a diff debit card, name, & address to get the discount again..

mine arrived yesterday,  and although its reallly nice and a good fit,  i wont be wearing it as my real wedding band,  as the colour is a little bit too dark and doesnt match my E ring;  but i will wear it as my stunt wedding ring when i go on holiday

I was considering this offer as I was practically set on tungsten rings due to the fact they stay in such great condition, but I’m having second thoughts now seeing how everyone is saying they’re too dark.

I mean, they look great in the website pictures, and if they are like that in person then I would more or less definitely go with it, but if they’re really dark then I’m not sure.

I am not planning on wearing my engagement ring regularly after marriage so the metal clash wasn’t exactly an issue….but I MIGHT have liked to wear it sometimes on special occasions as a matching set but if they really don’t match then it’s not going to be worth it. I guess I could just wear my engagement ring on my right hand and still go with tungsten…but at the same time I want to know if the tungsten is pretty enough to carry off on it’s own as well (I hope that makes sense lol)

Any more pictures of people wearing their rings with/without their engagement rings would be really great and helpful! ๐Ÿ™‚

I got my ring on friday of last week. It’s what is to be expected of a ring that only is $25 but its nice to use if you are involved in a lot of physical labor and dont want to ruin your good ring.

@Spoonie: I personally like the color of tungsten. But it is definitely not to be confused with lighter metals such as white gold, palladium, or platinum (which I would descibe to be a metallic, shiny, white). Tungsten is a dark gray metallic. A white metal will not match with tungsten and that is just to be expected. If you are buying tungsten to complete a set, I would advise against it, but if you are buying it to wear alone, it is a beautiful color.

I just ordered DH’s wedding band and a plain band for me, for when we are camping or hiking or whatever.

I used paypal and when I hit checkout, my paypal didn’t seem to work correctly, but I still got a confirmation e-mail from JVL?  I guess I will wait a day or so and keep checking my paypal.

Thanks for posting this deal!

@Kat: Hmm yeah I guess wearing it as a set is not going to work, and to be honest my other choice would be yellow gold for the wedding ring which wouldn’t match either plus my e-ring is an unusual shape so think whatever happens it’s going to be worn on the other hand.

But I’m not sure…..does it look good on it’s own as a wedding ring? I really love the fact it would still look the same years down the line…but is it “pretty”? lol ๐Ÿ™‚

@Mrs Hedgehog: You could always buy one for $25 shipping and pay someone else just a tad bit more to cut it down …
