I got my DRESS ….  Thanks for the tip. I did waited in line for 2 1/2 hrs before they started letting only 3 people in at a time. But it was worth the wait.

@Bride 2011: 2.5 hrs??? Why did they wait so long? Did you have an appt? My appt is tomorrow and I’m so excited. How was the dress selection??

There was no dress appt.  just first come first serve !  I got there at 2;30. The doors opened up at 4pm.  So It was 2.5 to wait and then another 1.5 before I could get in.  Plus they only had maybe 40 dresses and I was number 16 in line.  So the really good good one’s were gone. But I did get one that was very sleek w/ rougeing to the side white and a jewel side piece w/ buttons half down my back.  It’s a 10 in size I wear a 6/8.  You have to have it altered and dry cleaned at your expense.  I’ll take pics and send.  Hope you get what you want…  Good luck.  Please let me know and send pics.

@Bride 2011: Wow I’m glad you were able to get something your really like. Can’t wait to see pics! I have an actual appt time that lasts an hour so thankfully I don’t have to wait but I’m sure I would’ve if I had to 🙂 The giveaway started yesterday here and today is the last day so I hope there’s some good stuff left. I’ll be sure to post pics as well.

@Bride 2011: I found a dress! I tried on 6 dresses and I picked the very first one I tried on. It was such a great experience. I was the only client in the store so I had center stage. I chose a Watters 9094b. I love it and it needs NO alterations which is excellent. Since I already have a dress that I really like I think I’m going to wear this one for the reception. Its going to be alot easier to move around in. I’ll post pics of me in the dress this weekend!

@tksjewelry: Thanks! No, not yet. The shop didn’t allow photos to be taken so I’m going to take photos in it this weekend and post those. They took a photo of me in it to send to the donating designer and she said she would send me one as well but I don’t know when that will be and I don’t want to wait 🙂

It’s GORGEOUS…..  I’m glade you found what you wanted.  I’m putting pics up today so you can see the one I picked out for my lakeside wedding…  I’m so happy for you..  WOW the  one in the store !!  That’s great.  At the store I was in, they said that this was there second yr doing this.  Last yr she had only 20 brides come in. But this yr they advertised…..  So more people came out.
