Freezer meals and stocking up

garnobella :  your list looks good! If anything, you’re underestimating the freezability of food. Eg, instead of meatball meat, do meatballs in sauce and instead of stir fry kits just dump all the ingredients including rice in now. As long as you bake or pan fry to reheat you’ll be golden. 

You can also freeze store bought tortillas, breads, etc to cut down on grocery runs.

Darling Husband says that he still plans to cook out but I am going to make a few meals ahead of time to. On my list so far is chicken fajitas, low fat tacos, chicken parm and I will keep adding to the list. I want to make healthy meals since I know I will have baby weight to lose and would rather sleep than cook.

There’s a great website out there called Once a Month meals. You can narrow things down by diet, method of cooking, etc.

There’s a pay option, but from what I can tell, all of the recipes are free, so I’m not sure what the heck you are paying for. But I use it to plan and really like their recipes.
