My mom says 3-6 months. She’s baking cookies for the wedding, and has zero interest in taking on that the month of the wedding. Hahaha

Yes I did this for my wedding! I froze them for 2 months and they were fine. I waites until they cooked completely and then put them in ziploc bags with a paper towel between each layer.

hollyberry4:  Did you have to reheat the cookies when you wanted to use them or just let them defrost?

My mom bakes a TON of cookies for Christmas every year and they last well into Easter! As far as eating them after freezing, we actuslly love eating them still partially frozen! No need to rebake
