nom nom nom, just make sure they have a heat lamp or something for them so they stay relatively hot and crispy!!

OMG I would be all over that. We are having the mashed potato bar…mmmmm french fry bar…i think its a GREAT idea!!!

I would love this at a wedding.  I agree with the bacon bits and would add scallions and possibly some kind of chili.

How about offering besides multiple amazing toppings, different kinds of french fries? 

We love sweet potato fries and you could have large potato wedges too.  That would make for a more gourmet approach.  And maybe have one kind baked, for those who don’t want fried stuff. (I am into baked sweet potato fries).

Sounds delish to me!   I agree with huckleberry about the heat lamp/warming agent.  Nothing better than hot fries!  I also like Bellenga’s thought about sweet potato fries, if you were looking for a variety of choices.

I am already salvating ! I second the multiple types of fries ( seasoned, sweet potato, baked ).
