Hi Everyone- My name is Michelle and I just got married to my boyfriend of 8 years last month in NYC. (he wanted to wait until he was done with med school.) I viewed this website a lot when making the preparations as well as doing some of it myself with my mom, and I wanted to let you know about my flowers. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my flowers! I went to bridesign.com; they are amazing! They pick the flowers in Columbia, arrange them, and fed-ex them so they cut out the middle men. The end result is fresher blooms at a better cost. (my dad loved me for it!) They come in a box safer than Fort Knox (sturdy box, belts, straps, water tubbing.) Just wanted to get the word out,

$275 for a seven rose bouquet? Is that normal price for florists? I haven’t gotten to that area of wedding planning but I think I just had a mild stroke from sticker shock.

ummm I think they mean you get seven items for $275
Like one bridal bouquet
2 BridesMaids bouquets
and and 4 butonieers ….
either way, personally I would get stressed that flowers wouldn’t come on time
and you would miss out on a personal service.
It’s not for everyone obviously.
MC – I’m glad you had a positive experience tho.

This looks like a good idea if you don’t want to arrange flowers yourself and not work with a florist. I ordered from sam’s Club, but do not get any completed bouquets etc.
I agree, the 7 for $275 is seven bouquets/centerpieces, etc, not just seven flowers.
