brandytheauthor:  The reason why I think sandwhiches are a better option because people will be able to choose what kind of sandwhich they want to eat whereas with the chicken option there’s only one thing to eat: chicken.

While in general I would prefer fried chicken, I think it would be much messier than sandwiches.

I also don’t think you need both potato salad and cole slaw.  I would only pick one and have a regular salad instead.

sunnierdaysahead2:  I agree with all of this. With the chicken, I’d be concerned with getting grease on my nice clothes.

sandwhiches are like work lunches, so not special, but more options for vegans and vegetarians etc. Also easier to eat

chicken could get messy? and not everyone likes chicken

I would much prefer chicken but the logistics of it would be messy so sandwiches  Not as yummy but more practical.

I think sandwiches would be more appealing to more people.  Like others have said, I think fried chicken could get messy!
