hmmm…post of the items you said honestly dont matter to me (except dirty nails…that is one thing that freaks me out! LOL). Its more his personality that are go or no goes. it all depends on the conversation and what kind of person he is.

bad breath and BO are big deal breakers – I might also say shorter than me, but I’m only 5’0

Bad breath, dandruff, and pit stains/bo would be automatic death sentences. Dirty nails and greasy hair would also more than likely be dealbreakers.

Breath, nails, smelly are all no nos. Brush your teeth, clean under your nails, shower and put on deodorant. The dandruff, eh, they may not have discovered head and shoulders, or they may have a skin problem. The breath and BO could also be health related, and if he’s a nice guy then I’d let almost anything slide, really. Late wouldn’t be too bad, if he called. Height isn’t an issue for me. And ugly car, well, I’d be interested in how the guy looks, not the car. I guess dirty nails would be the one thing on that list to be a total dealbreaker, if I had to pick, because they may have little/no control over the others (like health or affordable ugly car vs no car or car they can’t afford, and then ugly car sounds like a good idea). My dad is a mechanic and if he can manage to make his nails look decent, anyone can.

None of these unless they continued on date 2. You never know what happened before they arrived and I’ve dated dudes with clunkers… who cares. lol

Deal breakers are: Bad Breath, Shorter than me and BO.

Show up late: I would give him benefit of the doubt for traffic.

Dandruff: it’s fixable.

Dirty Nails: Although it isn’t a deal breaker, I would judge. It a first date and he couldn’t make an effort to look clean, if we were dating, how dirty can he be? I would make a comment during our date.

Ugly car: questionable.

If I were single…

Bad breath is a big deal breaker, I don’t mind it but not on the first date! You better put a heavy duty mint in before picking me up.

Late…eh. Not a deal breaker but definitely annoying.

Shorter than me could is not relationship material but doesn’t mean hooking up is a no go (I haven’t dated for 5 years so I’m not a hoe!)

Dandruff is not a big deal.

Dirty nails just mean guys get dirty. I need a man’s man (and I have one).

Ugly car wouldn’t phase me. Unless it was the only car I hate in this world…in that case, it would be a deal breaker.

BO would be disappointing but it depends what kind of BO. Some guys smell like they have never showered and I just couldn’t handle that. But sometimes guys can wear deorderant and just sweat through it since they’re nervous.

* Shows up late – he would have to have a good excuse, but if he was ridiculously late, well, then it might be a deal breaker.

* Bad Breath – probably not, but i would probably not be attracted to him and so it might be, depends on how everything else went

* Shorter than you – not a deal breaker.

* Dandruff, Dirty Nails, Pit Stains/BO – probably not, but again, i might get turned off

* Ugly Car – not at all

one time i went on an internet blind date and the guy did NOT look half as good as picture, i was disappointed and other things turned me off, so there was no second date!
