Guys chill out. She obviously replied explaining that she now knows it isn’t a big deal. Drop it and leave this girl alone. You guys seem ridiculous all repeating the same thing when she gets the message.

I do not think she meant to be rude. She must have assumed that you handing her the ring meant you were okay with her trying it on.

Don’t judge too much as she probably didn’t realize it was not cool with you. I will say though my older sister whom I’m very close to always wanted to see mine up close and finally 7 months after being engaged I just said wanna try it on? She was like yeah! She had wanted to see what a ring looked like on that finger but had always thought it would be rude so idk

I don’t think you overreacting. My friend did the same and I didn’t feel comfortable. But she’s always super excited about everything, so it wasn’t rude, just part of her personality.

You took the ring off.. and handed it to her. At what point was she supposed to realize she was only allowed to look at it? I don’t think she’s rude, I think you’re making drama out of nothing.
