@LittleCricket:  I think you should place masking tape over the the addressed envelope she sent you, write over it, and mail her exactly what you posted above.

…. why are you inviting a frienemey to your wedding? I really hate this grey area, it makes people overcomplicate their lives so much. Either you need the person in your life, or you don’t! Don’t stress yourself out over someone you can’t even classify as someone who likes you or someone who hates you!

Wow yeah that’s kind of not cool. It was to be used for your wedding, not a freebie for her to mail you a Christmas card! I would be feeling so embarrassed if I didn’t sound out an RSVP, and then I CERTAINLY wouldnt use it to mail them something else! But I guess some people just don’t know these things :/

@LittleCricket:  Good that you vented here!  I recently cut out the frenemy in my life and honestly, doing anything that opens up a line of communication is just asking for the drama.

I can’t believe she repurposed the response envelope and didn’t even give you her response over the phone (or even better, on the card that was given to her with postage already paid!)  Better to breathe, keep calm, and plan on!

@BlondeBee:  +1

What a bitch. I hate people like that. I seriously would not have invited her and if she questioned about it say “It must have gotten lost in the mail”. There are a few invites that “are lost in the mail” for our wedding.

@LittleCricket:  kindly escort these kind of people out of your life! I had a friend (and I use that worf loosely) in my life for 10 years before I got brave enough to tell her she was no longer welcome In my space. It hurt me to do it and she was shocked tlife within go on without her, but I was sick of feeling crappy when she was around. Ditch the witch you’ll be happier without her.

@Peacockfeather:  Couldn’t have said it better myself.

I have no idea why people even have ‘frenemies’. Life is too short to waste on ppl like that! Remove the frenemies and fill that void with actual friends.

This is HILARIOUS though when you think about it. Who repurposes an RSVP card? So tacky in a passive aggressive way!
