Sounds like you need to treat yourself a bit – why not find some spare money for facials, or massages, or simply just time to do things that you know de-stress you. Plenty of time, don’t worry 🙂

@Cariad:  You’ve still got four weeks. Just don’t freak out (that’ll make it worse!), and I’m sure everything will resolve 🙂

Also, I actually use superglue on cuts that keep on opening, like when I gash my knuckle or something. Yeah, dunno if it’s super great for it, but it always works…

@Cariad:  start taking hair skin and nail vitamins – went to GNC, they make a huge difference and a month is plenty of time to see results.

I heard somewhere that pre wedding it’s perfectly acceptable to go to your doctor for treatment of spots.  Maybe there is something they can do for you other ails?

I’ve used TCP on folliculitis before, stinks but well worth it.

Nails should grow back enough in the next few weeks to make then level.

Drink plenty of water, and relax.  Stress will only make it worse.

Best of luck.  X

dont stress 4 weeks is plenty of time , celebs have even worse things happen and get red carpet ready , you will be fine, right shampoo, vist a beauty spa, good nail tech’s should be able to work something out if need be , just think maybe this is the worst and there for it only gets better 🙂
