I got a lot of empty stomach feeling in my first tri which wasnt exactly hunger but was still funny. What I did was to eat often, small meals and snacks. And a lot of liquids (last glass two hours or so before going to bed). Granola bars and bananas are also great to eat often. Good luck and welcome to the world of pg symptons!

@mtnhoney: I’m in the same boat. The only thing that will combat the nausea is eating…and the only thing that sounds even remotely appetizing is bread, crackers, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. This carb heavy diet is doing a number on my stomach. Before getting the BFP I was on a paleo diet so I haven’t eaten this many carbs in probably a year.
I tried an apple last night, thinking that I had to get off the carb train even though it sounded terrible, and puked 10 minutes later. Healthy foods just sound awful right now!
Hoping this will pass soon and I can stop thinking about food/puking/the quickest way to the bathroom at work.
