bklyn18: I’ve enjoyed it so much as never hungry. I make different things from chickpea and sweet potato cirrus, vegan lasagna (made with t and hummus to act as the cheese), stuffed peppers, tonight a Ethiopian meal with red lentil stew, ratatouille, vegan sweetcorn and chickpea burgers, aubergine salads, vegan coconut and lentil curry, black pea brien tortilla stack (amazing you later the tortillas with black beans and courgettes and tomatoes and keep stacking inside a cake tin, bake and then it’s like cutting a veggies cake and you have a big slice with salad)

so I wrote a board staying o was in purgatory trying to slim down so my dress fitted perfectly. I have been on a vegan diet for 10 days that I took to permanant 5 days a week as I’ve been loving all the new and exotic recipes I’ve been putting together I also got a personal trainer twice a month to just keep me motivated and point me to the best way to slim down without toning or beefing up my thighs and butt too much. Don’t get me wrong i love my shape and the dress I chose is curvy to compliment my pear shape and small top half but when I did spinning classes I found I had bulked rather than slimmed and wanted to cry. I’ve been working out and eating healthy for months and had my fitting today and had told everyone I no longer cared and would have to pay the exorbitant fee to debone the dress and have it taken out a bit….. I didn’t !!! It fit !!! I FEEL Exstatic !!! So so happy 🙂 just need to maintain it the next month.
