(Closed) Frustrated about cardigan for fall wedding. Would this work?

It would depend on how it looks with your dress, but a black cardigan could look very chic and go well if your Fiance wears a black suit. If you’re going to wear a cardigan, I think the key is to keep it short like Kate did.

different idea: a friend of mine wore a white faux fur wrap that looked real. it was fabulous.

If you want something even more 50’s you could find a used Persian Lamb jacket on Ebay.

tiffany7:  I think a black cardigan would look ok with what you describe- however I would give it a go with a basic ol cardigan and a brooch or applique added to it to jazz it up a bit… Then you could get it to match your colors. New York & Co has alot of basic ones for not too pricey…
