(Closed) Frustration with Vendors

I think the better question is how long are you waiting for a response? You’ve got to think of it this way. You have ONE wedding to deal with. If they’re in demand, they’ve got MULTIPLE to deal with… often in the same week.

One of my vendors takes a week or two to respond to emails. She gets them. It just takes time for her to respond.

I would never wait a week to hear back from a vendor. You’re their customer, and it’s their job to respond to your needs promptly.  None of the vendors I have contacted have taken more than 24-48 hours to respond to an email. 3 days would be the longest I’d wait before looking for someone else. You want vendors that WANT to work with you, not ones that are so over booked you’ll be an after-thought.
