@eecuadrado:  Exactly. And they get along really well, so they would use the coincidence to mess with telemarketers and they got a kick out of it when it came up with the mailman. 🙂 My aunt was in colelge when my parents married and moved in to help with my grandparents house, so they all technically had the same permanent address. 😛

I can totally relate to this! Future Sister-In-Law is a couple of years older than me; so, she’s getting to all of these milestones before us, meaning she gets dibs. We’ve dated longer than them, but they got married first, and they’ll hopefully be having children first. I’m not ready for that yet.

She planned her wedding in just a couple of months, and it looked exactly like the wedding Fiance & I had been planning. It bothered me for a split second, but I got over it. I’m embracing it. It’s fun to find a different style/color scheme for our wedding. In fact, I’m grateful. Her wedding was beautiful, but it was a pinterest wedding. It ispired me to be different. I’m sure you’ll happen across another name you love just as much if not more.

On the up side, I don’t know how it is for you, but she gets me amazing gifts at holidays because she knows what I like.

@eecuadrado:  seriously, point is if its that important to the both of you, you can find a way to make it work.  I am a firm believer no one has ownership over names….plus how would you feel if she never had a girl and you “gave up” the name for nothing?  Do you plan to use a nick-name at all?

@eecuadrado:  you can’t lead your whole life worried about bothoring her.  Unless its’ a name that is from her dead grandma or lost childhood best friend then perhaps she will get upset, but it’s nothing you can control.  Chances are if you have the same tastes you will probably pick many of the same names.

@eecuadrado:  Yeah definitly! But in your case, its better, because you will be using it first 🙂 So everyone on your Fiance side of the family with know you had it first! ha ha – that is of course if they even remember! A lot of times I dont even remember the songs people use – it was only because I was in her bridal party that I remember!
