Ever thought of a cute quiet destination wedding? 🙂 Best of all, if you wait for her to buy everything, she won’t have any money left to change her mind. 🙂 I wouldn’t let this get you down, even though it SUCKS. Look at it this way, your ideas were so good, they were steal-able!

Good luck!!!

you should totally plan a wedding on the DL..invite everyone over for a “party” say 4th of July of whatever, invite everyone you can think of and have your wedding be a surprise 😉 That would shock her…

@DelishDish417:  If she keeps kicking him out, I doubt the relationship will last until then. I know it will stink replanning but as everyone said, keep it quiet and enjoy your time with your Fiance

Normally I would say that its just a coinsedence but its pretty obvious what she is doing. Honestly there is nothing you can say withou getting thrown under a bus but I would encourage your husband to have a talk with his entie family over the matter. I also think she will make this entire experience so unenjoyable that her fiance will probably bail before the date anyway. You do however, get to see her wedding first so you can one-up her and make her even more mad.

OH MY GOD. I am in utter disbelief. I can’t imagine how stressful that must be for you both! At the end of the day, you should feel sorry for her! Shes stuck marrying her ex and copying other people’s ideas, like a cranky 8 year old. I’d screw with her a bit and let her “copy” the most ridiculous wedding I could possibley think of.

@blueandcream:  I’m with you. If she’s going to mimic everything you’re doing, pick out the UGLIEST things you can find and just tell her that they’re going to be in the wedding, while actually picking stuff you really like.

Seriously though, what the hell? Grow up already. Sorry your having such a hard time, and I hope it all works out.
