Try Mancala. It’s not technically a board game but it’s highly addicting.

Darling Husband and I always play gin.  Set is also fun.

Recently we’ve also been working on a puzzle which is surprisingly fun!

Scrabble is our favorite, but since that’s been suggested, what about Yahtzee? It’s not technically a board game, but fun for 2 people.

Scrabble, scrabble, scrabble.  Love, love, love!

I like the strip poker idea too lol.  I played strip black jack once, much quicker 😉

We love board games! To add a few faves to the list that’s already going:

  • Cribbage
  • Ticket to Ride (the 2-3 player version)
  • Carcassonne

We have a few that we love! There are the classics like Scrabble, Life and Clue but then we have a few super nerdy ones like Lords of Vegas, and Pandemic. He just bought a new one called Twilight Struggle.

This thread gave me some good idea though! We don’t actually own Scrabble… we’re going to have to get that one. I’ll have to look into Blockus and Carcassonne too (I’ve played both, just don’t own them)
