(Closed) Fun Fitness routines that worked for you…ideas?

kick boxing and regular boxing are amazing! I trained for a boxing tournament last year and while I only lost a few lbs (I an 5’5″ and weighed 141) I was ripped! I’ve always had good abs but my stomach was ridiculous. I didn’tlike that my arms got bigger though. I have always had a lot of muscle (played softball for 17 years) and no matter what I try my arms will not get smaller. But, getting punched in the stomach is amazing for your abs! I got to train for free but after my fight my comp membership was up and it was too expensive for me to pay for, other wise I would totally still be doing it!

And you could defintitely use it as your main source of exercise!

Yes I’ve done kickboxing over the years, and absolutely loved it!  Also I really enjoy using audio workout from iTrain.com
