What are you doing for the kids at the reception and for the coctail hour?
We are thinking of:
Coloring books and Crayons
Various Toys (cars, Baby dolls, ect.)
Open to suggestions and opinions on these. We just want to keep them busy and happy through out the reception.

The only kids that we’re having at our wedding are our cousins who are all mostly 10+ but I imagine they’ll probably enjoy the faux-to-booth and mini candy buffet that I’m setting up as their tables centerpiece. I didn’t see the point in spending $55 for a floral centerpiece for their table when they won’t give a crap about it so I thought the mini candy buffet would be better received.
I also thought about bringing one of our gaming consoles and hooking it up to a small flat screen TV in our cocktail hour space but Fiance nixed that idea.

One thing I saw on here was a photo treasure hunt of sorts. You give the kids disposable cameras with a list of things to take pictures of: bride and groom kissing, wedding cake, etc. In my experience kids love taking pictures, so this sounds perfect!
