I live in Morris County and you’re getting married on the day I got engaged in 2016!

Anywhoozle – I’ve been to more than one event at the Morris Plains park (i dont know the official name but its just the town pary w/ sports fields and the pool and playgrounds, etc). I don’t know how many people the pavillion holds but it’s worth looking into? Also Garder Field in Denville (if it’s still called that – it’s been years and years since I’ve been there) has multiple pavillions near each other so that might be something to look into, too. I can’t recall bathrooms vs portajohns either way – but I think mo plains has real bathrooms because I was at a party there for a while and I would not have used portajohns.

Stephens State park (or something) in Hackettstown is a location but I’m not sure about hosting an event there. Waterloo Village just came to mind. There MUST be an option for this in Morristown, I can’t imagine there isn’t seems like a missed opportunity on the part of the town if there isn’t.

Since you’re looking for a pavillion you’re probably going ot have to also provide the wait staff (if you’re using a catering company they could probably provide this too).

Are you not considering getting a park w/out a pavillion but then renting a tent? That’s costly, I know but just wondering.
