I just got a macbook pro 13 inch yesterday, when my good old classic white macbook bit the dust. What computer do y’all have? PS- I am in love with my new macbook pro! It’s the one with the retina display, the picture is so clear and crisp, and the actual computer seems to be so much faster! I love the mac layout, and that’s why I’m faithful to mac over windows.

alpinebride: I have a macbook pro as well. I can’t imagine going back to a pc. It is so much faster and I haven’t had one issue with it in a year and a half. I was constantly having to get my old laptops fixed/repaced. Yes, it is more money upfront, but I think they make up for it for how long they last.

Another macbook pro user! I have used my 15” pro for over 5 years now, and it is still going strong. I “maxed out” the specs when I bought it and it has worked flawlessly ever since; the only issues I’ve ever had are with the battery going kaput.
I will be buying a new MB Pro this summer and am excited! I will never go back to a PC for my personal computer.

glitz91: The macbook pro retina display 13 inch is so super lightweight! Fiance has a macbook air 13 inch and the weight difference is nearly the same!

anneh1990: And, yes, totally! I had my white macbook since 2009, and that was about $900 I think, and never had any problems with it! I was planning on using it for a lot longer, however, it got dropped and that killed it. This totaled $1400 or so with coverage and minus my student discount. 🙁 I miss the white one somewhat, but the macbook pro is so much better!

I have a Chromebook and I am totally in love with it! I don’t ever use my Macbook Pro or my HP laptop, I love this tiny little thing so much!

I have a 15 inch Macbook Pro with Retina Display; I’m really sad that they no longer sell the 17 inch because I was gunning for that one. My old Macbook Pro held up for five years with very few issues; only had to replace the battery and one cooling fan.
I think I’ll probably start saving up for an iMac, just because trying to do freelance design work on my laptop is kind of exhausting, even though I do love the ability of working from my bed.

I have a slightly old Toshiba. The laptop itself works great, but Toshibas are hell for cooling. I’m pretty sure my laptop has a secret wish to be an airplane – sure sounds like one once the fan starts!
I really really want a Samsung. *sigh*

Count me in on the Apple train. I’m actually a bonafide Apple snob, name it and I’ve got it. As far as computer, I have the new 15′ MBP with retina display. I maxed it out, so this thing is a beast for pulling up pt records and 3D software.
I have found myself supplementing a lot of note taking with my iPad and that’s one amazing benefit to the Apple platform, it all connects seamlessly. I take notes on my iPad and it will immediately show up on my other Apple devices. Same with pictures, videos, and iMessage. I love it!

I hate Apple. My laptop isn’t fancy. I have an Acer Aspire 5 with Windows 7. I also have a Samsung Ativ 5 Tablet with Windows 8. They’re decent.

I got a Macbook Pro 13 inch but also has HP Pavilion just because accounting softwares are more comptible with non-Apple computer, a lot portable.

I have a 13″ Sony Vaio in lipstick red – it was last Christmas’ present from my parents so I love it (hey, it was FREEEEEEEE). I wouldn’t mind having a Macbook Pro one day but I will always have to have a PC alongside it.

I have a Toshiba Satellite 17inch. It’s a workhorse, suprisingly. I have to have the bigger screen for work but I would prefer a 13 inch for travel. I also have to have a windows so that I can run android on the backend so that I can use my apps on the taptop as well as my tablets. To be perfectly honest, I hardly touch my laptop anymore. I have several tablets and they do almost everything I need so this may be the last laptop I own.
