Do you have an in-focus picture? With that one it’s not even clear if I’m looking at a quad or one stone center…

People always asked me if the fake one was real, just as they do with mine. LOL

I think the top is the real diamond. Looks more like how a diamond behaves in light. The other  one is too fake white looking in that lighting. Bottom is the CZ

Top is the diamond, the bottom is the CZ. The bottom even in this photo with low resolution has a higher refraction, and a more hollow tone. The top is the denser stone hence the diamond.
