My fiance asked one of my best friends to be one of his groomsmen (after we had discussed him standing up on my side!). I have no hard feelings about this, but it gave me the idea to give each member of the bridal party a unique title. I thought it would be fun, and make everyone feel special. Here’s what I have so far:
Maid of Honor (my best friend since middle school)
Best Sister (groom’s sister, only sister between the two of us)
Best Man (groom’s brother)
Man of Honor (our friend who was supposed to be on my side)
Brother of Honor (my brother)
We have one more guy on my fiance’s side that he’s known since high school, and two more ladies on my side, both good friends that I met through work with at different jobs.
Any thoughts on fun titles for the rest?

tbh OP, I don’t see the point . Best Man and Bridesmaid and Maid/Matron of honour are all traditional titles . You are all adults, so why ‘fun’ titles?
Course maybe I’m just boring!

elderbee : Nah, I agree with you. If it’s a private joke amongst the friends then go nuts but beyond that, it seems silly. No one else is going to care to distinguish between Best Man, Man of Honour and Brother of Honour.

Honestly I don’t see a need to do something like this – I get where you are coming from, it sounds nice in theory. But I personally don’t think those titles are going to mean a whole lot to your bridal party – in the end they’re probably still going to consider themself a bridesmaid/groomsmen, other than the maid of honor and best man.
Also if you don’t have enough special titles in mind for everyone, the ones for those remaining wedding party members might seem a bit forced. If you make up random titles for these three remaining members they are probably going to sound less “special,” and make them feel less important in the end. I think individual titles would make more sense if you had a smaller wedding party, and clearly important/special titles for a specific reason for each person. But in your case, I wouldn’t recommend it.
