So I’ve decided for like the fifth time this year to get my butt in gear and work out regularly. I thought I’d share the apps I use and see if anyone has any other recommendations 🙂
For circuit training, I use Nike Training Club. I would definitely recommend! It’s free and some of the work outs can be really demanding/satisfying – plus it gives great direction for weights and toning if you don’t usually do that stuff.
For running, I just bought (on a gift card, I’m saving monies!) Zombies, Run!. It’s pricey (like $8 for Apple products) but it narrates you through a zombie invasion and integrates your own music. So it’s entertaining and when they say “RUN!!” you RUN. Of course I look crazy on the treadmill, but whatever.
If I’m tracking calories, I use My Fitness Pal or Lose It! … but I haven’t tracked for awhile because I’ve been too busy eating 😛
Any other apps I should check out?
