Our first anniversary was yesterday.
Originally, I had saved the entire top layer of red velvet cake (we had a little cake on top of a tower of cupcakes.)
But we ended up eating most of it after one month. Oops! 🙂
I saved two slices in the freezer though. Took them with us on our little weekend anniversary trip (snowboarding in Mammoth) and it was DELICIOUS!!
I wrapped it in saran wrap, then put that inside a ziploc freezer bag, then put that inside a tupperware, and covered the whole thing with foil paper. It was fun to unwrap it all!
