I was trying to place an order and they have two buttons that look so similar and Fiance was on the phone with me talking about something important. So I clicked “Place order with labels” when I wanted to click “Place order WITHOUT labels”.
…. And they’re closed on Sunday so no one can answer the phone… and they aren’t allowing me to cancel my order online.

Grr… hopefully they will be able to fix your order tomorrow morning. It probably wouldn’t hurt to send an email also so you have something in writing.

Yikes! I would call tomorrow…their customer service is really good so I’m sure they will take the amount of the labels off of the price…and hey, they might still send them to you!

Ugh! That is so tricky. I was almost tricked because I WAS ordering labels….but only 140 of them, and they wanted me to upgrade and add an extra 140 to equal 280. It felt weird clicking “Order without labels” when I was ordering labels…I just didn’t want to order with “extra” labels. I think they try to trick you on purpose lol. Good luck! They didn’t ship my order for a few days, so I think if you called on Monday it should have been ok. How did it go?

I just ordered postcards from there and noticed that they kind of set you up to accidentally click on the labels… I, for one, really don’t need address labels printed with the American flag so I’m happy I didn’t get tricked. Hopefully they’ll refund you!
