well,this is gross and really not healthy, but it does help you retain weight. Make popcorn and put tons of fresh sea salt on it. You’d be amazed how much salt you can take in on a big bowl of popcorn. Good luck bee.

If it makes you feel any better, that’s pretty much what happened to her too. Gaining 5lb in two hours is actually easier than in two days sometimes.

Eat a HUGE heavy meal before the weigh in you can easily fluctuate 5 pounds a day. I bet if you weighed yourself in the afternoon you’d be in the right weight range. Eat a lot of salty food it will help you retain water weight.
