:-/  Weight is either the highlight or lowlight of my day.  Lol!  No worries, you’re back in the gym, which means you’ll be feeling great and looking how you want in no time.  🙂

I gained 10 since our wedding and the holidays certainly didn’t help. At least you have a gym on your side! We need to save so I do jumping jacks in our livingroom Frown

How long of a timespan are we talking here that you think you’ve gained that much weight–just two weeks? I doubt you did. You’d have to eat 21,000 extra calories to gain that much and doing it in 2 weeks seems unlikely unless every dinner was like thanskgiving.

Do you weigh yourself at the same time every day? Weight can fluctuate up to 8lbs just in one day depending on time of day, water weight, etc.

That sounds more likely! I think I read in an article years ago that said that the average weight gain between Thanksgiving and New Year’s is 1.5 lbs.

I always feel gross after the holidays, but its usually because all those holiday foods make me bloat! The bulk of the weight will probably go away after a few days into your old routine 🙂

I gained about 6lbs over Christmas, but I’m sure at least 2lbs of that is in my breasts so my FI’s ecstatic!

I’m back to the gym next week to try to get down about 15lbs before the wedding in April (with no stress if I don’t make it).

I’ve gained 5 since Thanskgiving! but was eating a LOT of chocolate!! Normally I won’t buy it cuz I know if it’s in the house I will EAT it – same goes for ice cream. Time to get back to eating healthy!

As of this morning I’m down 3 of those pounds. Hopefully more will fall off soon.
