I’m trying to get my act together but having a hard time. I’m in a bit of a rut and having a hard time with eating well.

See, my dress fits perfectly and needs only a hem and some darting and I’m freaked out that if I drop weight I’m going to have to spend more money on alterations…

So.. instead of focusing on weight loss, I’m just going to focus on eating right, more veggies and more protein and if I drop weight than that’s fine.

Yesterday was my cheat day.. wow.. I forgot about all the goodies at Labor Day parties! Today I am back on it though! I have several more waters to drink but meals are in for the day! Hope everyone had a good day back at work!

Nice job with the workouts! Today was rough for me–long day at work.  I am going to force myself to get some exercise in! If I stop now, I know that will sink me for the rest of this week!

649 points on the week.. a low score, but somehow I managed to get my fitness weight loss goal!

So sorry I sort of fell off the face of the planet (or at least the Bee!). My score for week three was 682 and week four was 710… I worked really hard exercising to compensate for some food choices, and I ended meeting my weight goal each week!

This has definitely been a good experience, and I’ll continue with some that I’ve learned, for sure. Namely, the water… now I’m thirsty all the time!! But, the five meals thing won’t stick… but instead some nice, healthy snacks will work.

I hope everyone else had a positive experience!
