- Wedding: September 2015 - Country Club
I made a plan with my trainer last night. I normally do 1 hour with her Mondays & Tuesdays in the weight room which is awesome. I’ve learned to deadlift, presses, etc. Something I’d never done before. Now with this new plan we’re going to do 30 minute cardio sessions Wednesdays and Thursdays. With the cardio it’s a lot of HIIT (bear crawls,tire flipping,squatting and throwing sandbags) so I am dead by the end of it. These four sessions are in addition to the Zumba class I go to Tuesday nights (after weights) and a Hip Hop class I’m going to start attending on Fridays.
Here’s to some serious gym time and looking good come next month!
