Have you looked in the Lake Wallenpaupack area? There certainly are a lot of beautiful sites there.

Take a look at Ehrhardts. They’re full package, but the outdoor wedding site used to be REALLY BEAUTIFUL.

Any particular reason you want to do your own caterer?

I don’t live in the area, but if there is an arboretum around, many of those offer wedding packages. Also look into parks that have clubhouses. I also wanted to go with my own caterer, since I am vegan and gluten free, but my venue ended up having an amazing chef that suprised even my vegan friends, so maybe take a 2nd look at places that require you to use their caterer and request a tasting before signing anything.
