@Mrs. Meowerson: Cute! The only worry I would have is wasted beer from people who don’t like beer. Or maybe you can put those in a basket outside of the venue (or tent) and have welcome labels on them?

Like I’m a picky beer drinker. lol I really only drink Irish stout and any other dark lager. (lol I spelled that like 10 times because it didn’t look right to me!) So I would take one and then probably give it to someone else or leave it on the table.

@Miss Tattoo: I am super picky so I may or may not take one too.

@Mrs. Meowerson: I think the rocks in the photo are used as escort “cards”, but you could use it for a guest book since you’re going with the beer. I just love moss for garden weddings.

Here are a few pics that Ioved when we were considering doing our entire event outdoors. However, I don’t know where I got these pics so I can’t give proper credit to their owners (sorry). I still wish we had done the wooden guest book.

What level of formality are you going for? Because we’re doing a ‘sophisticated’ garden party, but instead of a a sit down dinner we’re having food stations, and it will be more of a cocktail party with lots of food.

We’re having lounge furniture set up everywhere…like a really swanky garden party 🙂

We wanted to focus on dancing and having a really great party!

We did seed packets as favors for our garden-inspired (it wasn’t quite a theme haha) wedding.

What about a birdcage card box? Maybe with a few flowers or Spanish moss as a decorative touch…. kinda like this:

I also like these tiny glass candleholder lanterns as decor:
