Can you print them one at a time?  I had to make special paper sizes for my printer, maybe you can to and try it individually.

See if you can change the paper kind to ‘Thick’. Make sure to only put one page through manually.

If none of that works, take a sheet of the placecards and a piece of paper.  Line them up on top of each other and tape on either side (half the tape on the paper and fold over to the placecards).  It should fall onto the outside border of the cards and help beef it up to run it through the printer.  If you have a piece of cardstock it’s even better.

Once you get them printed, the outside border will come off very easy, but folding them is tricky.  Use a bone folder if you have one or a credit card.  Lay the card so the top edge of it is where the line to fold the card is and sort of crease it with your fingernail on the other side as you pull up.  This is keep them from folding all goofy.

I’ve used them for a lot of rehearsal dinners and brunchesfor brides who didn’t want anything more involved than that for cards.

Take the rest of the night away from it and tackle it tomorrow.  Good luck!

@cc226:  Those work awesome, that is what I did.  I used a corner punch to jazz them up a bit.
