My ring is Citrine because it’s both my fiancé’s and my birthstone (we were born in the same week, so every year we get to celebrate birthday week!) I took this photo right after we got engaged:
it looks very yellow there, but that’s because it was so dark after he proposed that I had to use flash–it usually looks much darker
It has celtic knots on either side, and then a double row of small diamonds halfway around the band. This is a closeup of the ring design:
