I too have had my share of moissanites but they just weren’t cutting it for me..I switched to a gemstone cause I needed some color in my life!

I love the projects you have going! 

I have a midnight blue sapphire that changes color depending on the light. Goes from a dark blue to black. When we found this I melted

I’ll take any excuse to post pictures of my peach sapphire 

The stone came from GemsNY and the setting was made here in Chicago by Windy City Diamonds.

You know all about my ruby – i’ll Post photos once it comes back from being recut and set but this is my new project. 

Originally I was looking at a parti sapphire but am likely going to go ahead with a deep forest green moissy.

I’m debating the sides if I want half moons or ovals .. brilliant cut or crushed ice etc. 

the main stone will be held by fine claw double prongs.

Almost ring twins! Mine is also a very deep blue that can look almost black and midnight blue. I love the depth.

angelwaye :  please do some epic double prongs on the aquamarine !! Either that or a flat vintage prong ..
